When do you process credit card payments?

Once the goods have been ordered.

When will my order arrive?

This depends on whether the item is in stock.

What information do you collect and how do you use it?

When you order, we need to know your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and if paying by credit card, credit card number, and credit card expiration date.

How quickly can you deliver?

If the product is in stock and ordered before 3.00pm it goes out on a next day carrier or Special Delivery (next day) postal service for items under 2 kg.

Do you charge for carriage?

Yes, £10 for most items but larger items that are sent on a pallet are charged at a higher rate, we will contact you with the carriage costs in this situation.

What about large items?

We send out goods on pallets and the price varies according to weight and postal district.

Do you charge for delivery when one of your sales vans calls?

No, anything bought off the van or pre-ordered and delivered on our own van does not incur a delivery charge.

Can I visit your premises?

Yes, you are very welcome.

Do you have a sales force on the road?

Yes, we have stocked vans covering most of the UK.

How do I pay?

Most Credit or debit cards, cleared cheque or on 30 day account once a trading relationship and credit checks have been carried out and approved.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do. Goods may be returned at the customers cost if the item is no longer required and is unused, if we sent the wrong item we will cover return carriage. There is a 15% re-stocking charge for all goods returned.
